This small, intimate watercolor class takes place in my home studio and is suitable for beginners, or anyone wanting to delve into the magical basics of watercolor.
It's very relaxing and enjoyable to see watercolors come together on a page and sometimes frustrating when it doesn’t happen as we intend. If you are seeking guidance on your watercolor journey I will share what I know about many techniques to help you gain mastery in this amazing medium, and make it fun along the way. This location is convenient to Briar Chapel, Farrington Village and Southern Village. Will share the address when you sign up. List of recommended supplies:
• Watercolor paint set (I recommend Winsor & Newton Cotman, Watercolor Sketchers' Pocket Set) • Watercolor brush set • Watercolor painting palette • Watercolor paper 5" by 7" • 1" artist tape • 2 cups for water • Paper towels • a board or two for mounting watercolor paper onto, a clipboard or foam core works just fine. |
